All purchasers of puppies or dogs from Alabaiusa must agree to be bound by these policies!
PUPPY POLICIES:
We DO NOT mass produce puppies. Our dogs are bred with the specific intention of producing an excellent quality working type puppy or family companion type puppy.
We breed for quality not quantity. Our Dogs are from Turkmen working line dogs.
Please be advised that puppies require a lot of time and work. Adopting a puppy is a huge commitment and should be thought out completely.
We feel it is important to tell you we want our puppies to go to homes were they will live for life (approximately 10-13+ years).
Our philosophy of breeding Central Asian Shepherd that excel in type, temperament and structure.
We health test and we line breed to maintain type and consistency.
We don't sell our puppies to pet stores, wholesalers, resellers or those that mass produce puppies.
Our goal is to place our puppies in "forever homes" where they will be cherished members of the family for their entire life!
We breed on a limited basis and do not have puppies available at all times of the year.
Advance reservation is recommended to insure that you will receive a puppy.
To help us determine if a THIS is the right breed for your family, you must complete our questionnaire and supply us with pictures of your home, family and other pets.
We are not a kennel, pet shop or other facility that is open to the public. This is our home and the home of our dogs. Please respect our privacy.
We accept visitors but only after they have been approved for adoption.
Each puppy is hand raised with love and socialization.
We bring up our puppies in a clean environment, and they receive one on one specialized handling targeted at stimulating their neurological sensors and enhancing intelligence.
Every litter is planned with careful attention to creating ideal puppies that are true to breed standards of health and conformation.
We are selective about approving homes for our puppies.
We reserve the right to refuse the sale of any puppy to any person at anytime.
Our puppies are born in our home and remain in our home until they leave.
Every effort is made to match the puppies with their new families. We do this based upon suitability, first and foremost. If the personality of the puppy doesn’t fit the family, then no one will be happy.
Placing puppies with their new families is the hardest part of the entire process.
We DO NOT sell puppies to ANYONE unless we have spoken with them
DIRECTLY and conducted an interview.
Please don't be upset with us if we seem to ask a lot of questions.
We're not trying to be nosey. We're not trying to pry.
We just have to make sure our puppies have a loving home for a lifetime.
DEPOSIT POLICY:
We Require a $500 Minimum Deposit to secure any puppy.
We will not hold a puppy for a customer without a deposit.
Customers have exactly one week to send us their deposit. If we have not received the said deposit within the one week timeline, the puppy will be posted as available once again.
We accept cash, money order, and Pay Pal. Pay Pal is subject to a 3% user’s fee .
Deposits are NOT refundable. If you change your mind, decide that you do not want the puppy, or find out that you cannot have a puppy, you will forfeit your deposit.
By placing a deposit, you agree and understand these terms.
By placing a deposit on any puppy, you are making a legal agreement to purchase that puppy. Failure of the Buyer to complete the purchase would subject Seller to lost opportunities to sell the Puppy to some other Buyer and retention of the Deposit is meant to compensate Seller for his possible loss.
This deposit signifies the intent on the part of the Buyer to follow through with the Purchase of the Puppy.
The Seller reserves the right to void the transaction if we learn of any reason why Buyer might not be suitable for the puppy –( i.e. Buyer is found to be an animal abuser, violent person, representative of a Pet Store, representative of a pharmceutical research laboratory etc.).
If the transaction is voided or if through some tragic accident the Puppy were to die or otherwise be seriously injured before it goes to its new home then, of course, the deposit will be returned to the Buyer; unless the Buyer wishes to apply the Deposit to another Puppy, if one is available, or to a puppy from the next available litter.
Balance of the purchase price for the puppy, any shipping and handling fees, if shipping is needed, are to be paid by the Buyer by puppy's 6 weeks of age.
The release date for a puppy will be 6-8 weeks of age. Any additional days over 8 weeks will be billed at $15.00 per day unless prior arrangements are made. Any puppies not paid in full by six weeks, will be re-advertised for sale.
SHIPPING STATEMENT :
Puppy Parents, when your shipper picks up your baby or the baby is accepted by an airlines, this is the same as if you took possession personally.
I, new Puppy Parent, understand & agree that any shipper whether secured by me or Alabaiusa does represent me in that I am totally responsible for the puppy or dog once picked up by my shipping company or is accepted by any Airlines company, I then have possession.
As a courtesy, Alabaiusa will make arrangements to ship puppies. If this is not possible, as the Buyer, I agree to make arrangements to pick up or ship this pup by the available date shown by my baby Nursery.
I understand that I am totally responsible for any vet bills, medications, shots, etc. incurred in connection with this pup or dog after the available date unless prior arrangements are made by the Buyer and agreed upon by the Seller in writing.
I understand that if this animal is left at Alabaiusa for 10 days after the available date without a written extension constitutes abandonment.
Alabaiusa has the right to sell this puppy for board, vet bills, medications, additional advertising and any other expense incurred in connection with the abandonment of this animal.
No refunds will be made.
It must be at least 10 degrees above (F) but not hotter than 85 degrees at any point in their trip to their new home.
Puppies shipped through airlines are guaranteed by the airline with an additional charge, which is minimal. We suggest insuring your puppy for the value of the puppy. If you want insurance on your puppy, let us know as that has to be done before the puppy is placed on the airplane.
We are not responsible for the puppy once it is checked into the care of the airlines.
Your
puppy's crate door is sealed with a zip tie before we leave them, that should still be intact when
you receive your new puppy.
We do not authorize anyone to remove your puppy from its crate
from the time we leave it with the airline staff, until you pick it up.
We do everything we can to
ensure a safe trip, but the airline assumes responsibility of the puppy after it leaves our physical
care until you sign for the puppy at your airport, then it becomes ultimately your responsibility.

The carriage of pets in the aircraft cabin is not permitted. Pets may, however travel in the air-conditioned cargo hold of the aircraft as long as they are placed in a suitable container and have the proper health, vaccination documentations and entry permits as required by the countries of entry and/or transit. Please ensure that these documents are in order. Advance arrangements for pets are required.
You are acquiring a family member NOT a TV. This is the same thing as having a child.
Any funds paid as a deposit, partial payments, or full payments made to ALABAIUSA and it's owners, before or after delivery of animal are non-refundable.
Purchaser agrees not to initiate a chargeback on funds paid with a credit or bank card for any reason. This includes payments made for you by other parties.
Funds not used on chosen animal for any reason will be placed as an in-house credit under the name of the purchaser to be used by said at a future date on a puppy of their choosing.
Some transactions will incur expenses to the Seller that will be deducted from the credit to the purchaser, including but not limited to advertising to resell and care for puppy held for purchaser.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:
It is your responsibility to take your new puppy to your veterinarian as soon as possible after they arrive in your home
for a comprehensive health check-up.
Remember, due to their age,
your new puppy may not have had all their required vaccinations yet,
and must never be exposed to other pets until your
veterinarian has verified that all the pets in your home are
completely healthy and free of parasites & infectious diseases.
We advise you to have your new puppy vet checked
the same day you get them, if at all possible.
Failure to have your new puppy veterinarian checked
within 72 hours, or failure to have all other pets in your
home veterinarian checked before exposing your new puppy
to them will void the 72-hour money back guarantee against
infectious diseases.
Under no circumstances should you ever surrender your dog
to an animal shelter!
If you should ever find yourself in a
situation where you cannot keep your dog, and you
cannot find a suitable, loving home for them, we ask that
you contact us for help.
If necessary, we will gladly provide a
loving home for them until they can be placed elsewhere.
WHATS THE BOTTOM LINE?
When our puppies leave our care, they are
HAPPY, HEALTHY, WELL-SOCIALIZED, and have had LOTS OF T.L.C. !
It is our goal that they stay that way.
Anything less just isn't good enough for our Central Asian Babies!
