We Do Not sell puppies according to color preference! No exceptions!

Puppies will be sold to approved homes, according by their Temperament and Personality ONLY!

Do not contact us if you are:  1. Homes with NO fencing, trailer homes or apt's,  brokers  or backyard breeders. 2. Want Male and Female pairs from 1 litter.   3. Bred to backyard bred stock. 4. Anyone who wishes to tie the dogs out , as guard dogs of business's. 5. Dads buying pups for their kids because of a divorce.  Husbands or wives if BOTH parties work F/T     6. Anyone who has or would dump a dog in a shelter ever.   8. Young single working people leaving dogs alone for 10 hrs a day. 9.Breeders 10.People with a history of Dog Abuse! 11. People with history of Dog Fighting!( accused or convicted) 12.Novice dog owners.

There are No Refunds on Deposits, unless otherwise agreed in writing.  Failure of the Buyer to complete the purchase would subject Seller to lost opportunities to sell the Puppy to some other Buyer and retention of the Deposit is meant to compensate Seller for his possible loss.  This deposit signifies the intent on the part of the Buyer to follow through with the Purchase of the Puppy. The Seller reserves the right to void the transaction if we learn of any reason why Buyer might not be suitable for the puppy –( i.e. Buyer is found to be an animal abuser, violent person, representative of a Pet Store, representative of a pharmaceutical research laboratory etc.)

 If the transaction is voided or if through some tragic accident the Puppy were to die or otherwise be seriously injured before it goes to its new home then, of course, the deposit will be returned to the Buyer; unless the Buyer wishes to apply the Deposit to another Puppy, if one is available, or to a puppy from the next available litter.

Balance of the purchase price for the puppy, any shipping and handling fees, if shipping is needed, are to be paid by the Buyer by puppy's 6 weeks of age.  The release date for a puppy will be 8 weeks of age.  Any additional days over 8 weeks will be billed at $15.00 per day unless prior arrangements are made.  Any puppies not paid in full by six weeks, will be re-advertised for sale.

Please fill out this form ONLY if you are committed to purchase and plan on sending a deposit once you have received confirmation from us to do so.

ONLY person with deposits on the future puppy have a guarantee to receive a puppy from an upcoming litter.

If you change your mind on purchasing a puppy for any reason, you will be taken off the waiting list and your deposit will be refunded in full.

We retain the right to refuse any application!
